Rebecca Patrick, 17, left the Northeast Parent & Child Society group home on Eastern Parkway on Oct. 26 and has yet to return, according to a police release issued today.

Police described her as at risk because she does not have medication with her needed to treat a mental health disorder. They believe she may be in the company of a male and trying to flee to New York City.

Patrick is white, with brown hair and brown eyes, approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall and 125 pounds.
