Andre Pope made a layup at the buzzer to give The College of Saint Rose a 68-66 Northeast-10 victory over Le Moyne at Ted Grant Court on Tuesday night.

Le Moyne’s Brian Zapisek tied the game by making one of two free throws with 42 seconds left.

Dan Mundweiler scored 21 points for the Golden Knights, who improved to 2-0 in the conference and 4-0 overall.

Zapisek scored 24 points for the Dolphins (1-1, 1-1).

Union was paced by Amy Loya’s 14 points. Madden and Kate Thompson each added 12, and Kelsey McDonald scored 10.

RENSSELAER 66, SAGE 55

TROY — Sarah Wetmore scored a career-high 28 points to lead Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute past Sage Colleges.

Wetmore was 16-for-18 from the free throw line.

Ashley Clough scored 11 points for the Engineers (2-1), and Amanda Lynch had 10 points and 10 rebounds.

Mohonasen graduate Lea McClain led Sage with 13 points.
