Mike Mineau scored two goals, and Zach Dignum made 27 saves as Shaker/Colonie handed Sara­toga Springs its first Capital District High School Hockey League loss of the season, 5-2, Friday night.

Tyler Bullard gave the Streaks (11-1-0, 14-3-1) a first-period lead, but the Jets scored three unanswered goals to take control.

Matt DiVietro scored a pair of goals as Niskayuna/Schenectady defeated Burnt Hills/Ballston Spa, 3-2, in another CDHSHL game.

The win was the third in a row for the Mohawks (4-6, 6-10-1).

Nick Van Liew had a goal and an assist for the Spartans (8-6, 9-9-1).

Emily Raville had a goal and two assists, and Kate Matott added a goal and assist as Beekmantown beat Albany Academy, 4-2, in the Section VII divisional final.

Teagan Ketchum and Maura Mulligan had the goals for the Bears, who fell one win short of reaching the state final four.
