Two more Troy teenagers have been charged in the stabbing death of a 21-year-old man Monday evening at the Corliss Park Apartments.
Eric Aaron Mallard, 19, of 11 Thompson St., and Ravenal Gregory Dunbar, 17, of 3064 6th Ave., were arrested Tuesday evening and charged with second-degree murder. They were remanded without bail to the Rensselaer County Jail.
Already charged in the case were 17-year-old Keith Ferguson, of 11 Thompson St., and Ahziarh Carter, 16, of 486 Fourth St.
Police were called to the apartment complex in the Lansingburgh section of Troy at around 6 p.m. on Monday. When they arrived, officers found a man suffering from stab wounds to his chest. The victim, later identified as Takim Smith of Central Avenue in Albany, was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital in Troy and died soon after arrival.
No motive has been given for the stabbing.
