A Gloversville man accused of molesting a girl April 3 is facing another felony sex abuse charge following an investigation, according to police.
William Warner III, of 18 Oakland Ave. and 41 Walnut St., was charged with first-degree sexual abuse on Monday, according to a release from the Gloversville Police Department.
Earlier this month, police alleged Warner touched an eight-year-old girl inappropriately in 2007 and an investigation that followed revealed another alleged victim.
Police allege Warner touched a 9-year-old girl inappropriately in 2010 when she was seated on his lap.
Warner was arraigned in City Court and sent to the Fulton County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
