CLIFTON PARK — Mazzone Hospitality has announced that longtime Saratoga County resident Michael Hinrichs has been named executive chef at Angelo’s Prime Bar + Grill.

In his new role, Hinrichs will oversee all kitchen operations and staff, food preparation and styling, recipe development and meal creation for the restaurant, which is located in the Hilton Garden Inn at Clifton Park Center.

An alumnus of Doane Stuart School, Hinrichs is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park.

“This is a great challenge, and I’m thrilled to work for someone like Angelo Mazzone who’s done such a tremendous job building a successful restaurant business in the region,” Hinrichs said in the release. “To do what you love so close to your hometown is a dream come true. I’m honored to continue the Mazzone tradition of excellence, and I’m eager to bring some of my own ideas to the table.”
