A town man was charged with felony burglary and assault after police said he assaulted two farmworkers at Clear Echo Farm.

Francisco Tolentino, 34, of 311 King Road, entered a farmworker residence at the farm on Route 32 and assaulted a man and a woman, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office.

He was charged with felony counts of second-degree burglary and second-degree assault, as well as misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child. Deputies filed the endangering charge because they said a 4-year-old child witnessed the encounter.

Tolentino was arraigned in Moreau Town Court and sent to the Saratoga County jail on $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond.
