A city teen whom police allege participated in a June burglary is facing charges following an investigation.
Darid R. Heroth, 17, of 4 N. Water St., was charged with second-degree burglary, a felony, and petty larceny, a misdemeanor, according to Gloversville police.
Police allege Heroth, accompanied by Stephen Dingman, 18, entered a home and stole a Wii game system and games.
Heroth was arraigned in City Court and sent to the Fulton County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail.
Dingman was arrested last month and charged with breaking into the Country Farms convenience store, and police charged him with felony burglary and criminal mischief in addition to second-degree burglary and petty larceny charges in connection with the home burglary.
