A New York City man was sentenced to six years in prison this week after admitting to selling drugs in Saratoga Springs.
Godfrey A. Waldron, 33, of West 153rd Street, was sentenced by Saratoga County Court Judge Jerry J. Scarano after pleading guilty in June to third-degree criminal sale and criminal possession of a controlled substance. His six-year prison sentence is to be followed by three years of post-release supervision.
Waldron was arrested in December on charges related to activities in Saratoga Springs last September and November. His arrest was part of a long-running city drug investigation that eventually led to 19 arrests.
