Police arrested a local woman on felony grand larceny charges after she allegedly burglarized numerous area residences while the homeowners were away.
Laura Musella, 34, of Sutherland Drive was charged with multiple counts of burglary in the second degree and grand larceny stemming from the break-ins that occurred in the vicinity of the northeastern part of Route 50. She is accused of entering up to nine residences between July 7 and Oct. 23, according to police, with the majority of the burglaries occurring over the past three weeks.
