A 41-year-old homeless man has been arrested in connection with three separate burglaries of one Rotterdam residence.
Thomas L. Barker, who has no listed address, was arrested shortly after midnight Saturday and charged with a slew of felonies and two misdemeanors, according to a police news release.
Police say he burglarized the same home three times, once robbing a man inside. Barker apparently knew the man.
He is now facing two counts of second-degree burglary, one count of first-degree robbery, third-degree robbery, first-degree burglary, two counts of petty larceny and one count of fourth-degree criminal mischief.
He was arraigned before Town Justice Kevin Mercoglan and sent to the Schenectady County Jail without bail.
