A city woman charged earlier this month with robbing a store was arrested again last week for allegedly breaking into a residence, authorities said.
Tonya Shannon, 40, of State Street, was accused of breaking into a Front Street residence early Thursday morning, intending to take items, according to papers filed in court. She was charged with one count of second-degree burglary, a felony.
In an unrelated case, Shannon was arrested Dec. 12 and charged with third-degree robbery. In that case, she is accused of pushing the manager at the Broadway Dollar General to the ground in October and taking nearly $30 worth of merchandise, according to papers.
