A city man faces charges he used a baseball bat to damage a car and house last week.

A city man faces charges he used a baseball bat to damage a car and house last week.

Alfredo S. Sanchez, 41, of 721 Albany St., is accused of using the bat to break out the driver’s side window of a vehicle on Dec. 30, as well as the front door window of a Summit Avenue residence as someone stood behind it, according to papers filed in court.

Sanchez was arrested Jan. 2 and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, as well as misdemeanor reckless endangerment.
