In addition, police said they charged Franklin Ramirez-Vega, 47, while serving the warrant on Torres after they found him in possession of more than 3.5 grams of crack cocaine, as well as 70 individual packaged “bumpies” of the drug. Ramirez-Vega was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Three other people could not be located and are not being identified by police.
