Malik Miller scored 22 points and grabbed eight rebounds as the Catholic Central boys’ basketball team edged Spring Valley, 68-65, Monday in a non-league game at the Times Union Center.

Anthony Mack added 20 points in the win, and Brian Brooks had 10.

Spring Valley’s Kai Mitchell scored 27 points, while Rickey McGill finished with 18 and Jamarr Joseph with 10.

Keegan Murphy and Evan Pescetti both scored 18 points to lead Saratoga Central Catholic past Mayfield, 84-40, in a Western Athletic Conference game.

The Panthers were led by Lucas VanNostrand with nine points.

Jake Hill scored 23 points to lead Stillwater to a 63-40 Wasaren League win over Cambridge. Stillwater pulled away by outscoring its host, 40-12, over the second and third quarters.

Cambridge was led by Brendan Rickets with 16 points, while Caleb Rowland added 11 and Maxwell McNeil had 10.

Watervliet scored a 56-39 Colonial Council win over Ichabod Crane, getting 17 points from Ty’Jon Gilmore, 11 from Issiah Bruce and 10 from Ryan Sandoval.

The Riders were led by Jim Hollister’s 15 points, while Jim Fey added 10.

Jake Nemec hit two free throws with eight seconds remaining to seal Warrensburg’s 46-41 non-league win over Johnsburg. Shea Irish led with 27 points in the win.

Johnsburg’s Mark Cleveland and Dylan Moore both had 11 points.

Canajoharie’s Logan Sala scored 17 points to lead the Cougars to a 61-57 non-league win over Schuylerville. Dillan Veeder added 16 points in the win, and Colin Davis scored 10.

Schuylerville’s Dante Langley scored a game-high 25 pointys, and Cam Cook added 16.

In a girls’ Patroon Conference matchup, Greenville’s Carly Johnson had 25 points and seven steals in a 61-42 win over Coxsackie-Athens. Sarah Amedure added 14 points, 10 rebounds and six steals. Emily Mitchell dished out seven assists.

Coxsackie-Athens was led by Emily Drake with 15 points.
