Gloversville man accused of having drugs in school

A 35-year-old Gloversville man was arrested after being found Friday with crack cocaine and marijuan

A 35-year-old Gloversville man was arrested after being found Friday with crack cocaine and marijuana at Gloversville High School, police said.

Warren Darby, of 21 Market St., was arrested at the school on a Fulton County Court warrant, according to a news release. During the course of their investigation, police say they found him in possession of marijuana and crack cocaine.

In addition to a charge of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance contained in the warrant, Darby now faces charges of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Darby was arraigned and sent to the Fulton County jail.
