Carly Boland collected 28 points and seven steals, Sydney Brown had 12 points and 10 rebounds and Shenendehowa built a commanding third-quarter lead in a 69-61 non-league win over Tamarac.

Ashley Acker and Samira Sangare both added 10 points as the Lady Plainsmen (12-2) beat the Bengals (14-2) for the second time this season.

Adiya Henderson topped Tamarac with 26 points, and Jenna Erickson notched 16 to become the school’s all-time scoring leader with 1,452.

The Albany Academy boys (12-2) got 19 points from Matt Knezovic and 16 out of Marcus Jackson in a 65-50 win over Burke Catholic.
