A town of Saratoga man illegally sold controlled prescription drugs in Saratoga County, sheriff’s officials said Monday. Anthony J. Badali, 21, of 556 Route 32, faces two counts each of third-degree criminal possession and sale of a controlled substance, felonies.
Badali was arrested after a joint sheriff’s-state police investigation that began with a tip that he was dealing drugs. The investigation revealed that he was illegally selling opiate-based medication, officials said.
Badali was arrested in the Wilton Mall parking lot last week and ordered held on $10,000 bail.
