Crossgates Mall is upping its entertainment game. Less than a year after the region’s first-ever Dave & Buster’s opened inside 30,000 square feet of space at the mall, a restaurant and entertainment company has announced it’s coming to the mall this fall.
Latitude 360 will open a casual dining restaurant and entertainment venue featuring 20 bowling lanes inside 50,000 square feet on the lower level of the mall by Pandora. The company formerly known as Latitude Global recently underwent a corporate rebranding in which it announced it would open five new state-of-the-art locations over the next two years in addition to its existing three in Jacksonville, Fla., Pittsburgh and Indianapolis.
“We are proud to welcome Latitude 360 to Crossgates Mall,” said General Manager Joseph Castaldo in a news release.
Latitude 360 venues offer a range of entertainment options that can include a casual dining restaurant known as The 360 Grille & Bar; luxury bowling lanes with leather couches in a lounge-like atmosphere; an interactive game room with prizes; a dine-in movie theater called The Cinegrille; a dine-in, live performance theater with a full-size stage and theatrical sound and lighting systems; an HD sports theater; and a dance floor and stage for DJs and bands.
The main concept behind Latitude 360 is to satisfy the interests of a family or group of friends who want to spend time together, according to the release. Its venues are upscale and designed to appeal to the occasional bowler, but also companies that want to form teams and leagues.
