Two men were sentenced to state prison on burglary convictions during appearances in Saratoga County Court on Friday.
Colby D. Carr, 19, of Dover Place, Clifton Park, was sentenced by County Court Judge Jerry J. Scarano 11⁄3 to 4 years in state prison. He earlier pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary.
Carr was charged by state police in connection with a break-in in Halfmoon on Nov. 12.
Louis W. Murray III, 51, of Lakeshore Drive, Watervliet, was sentenced to 11⁄2 to 3 years in prison. He pleaded guilty in December to attempted third-degree burglary, in connection with a break-in in Clifton Park last Oct. 10.
On Thursday, Dana M. Hughes Jr., 21, of Van Buren Street, South Glens Falls, was sentenced to 2 to 4 years in prison for third-degree burglary. In January, he pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary, as well as violation of probation, in connection with an incident last Nov. 4 in Moreau.
Also that day, Thomas D. Curl, 41, of Route 9, Gansevoort, was sentenced to 11⁄3 to 4 years in prison after pleading guilty to failure to report an address change within 10 days, as required for sex offenders. He was arrested last July.
