Saratoga County Sheriff's investigators arrested a city man Monday on charges that he got thousands

Saratoga County Sheriff's investigators arrested a city man Monday on charges that he got thousands of dollars of unemployment benefits that he wasn't entitled to receive.

Nicholas Pandori was charged with one count of third-degree grand larceny. He was arraigned in city court and ordered held in Saratoga County Jail without bail.

Investigators said Pandori collected $5,265 in unemployment benefits from the state Department of Labor between June of 2011 and November of 2011. Pandori was receiving benefits at Saratoga Springs mailing address during that period of time, authorities said.

Pandori also had a bench warrant for vehicle and traffic charges out of Milton. Bail in that matter was set at $100.
