The Capital District Transportation Authority will expand its bus service in the Grande Industrial Park starting Monday, authority officials announced.
The additional stops and departures on the Route 50 bus line are intended to serve shift changes at the Quad-Graphics printing plant and other businesses in the industrial park, which is on Geyser Road.
“CDTA is responding to demand for service that supports the Capital Region’s growing economy and, in particular, more job opportunities,” the authority said in a news release.
The new trips will operate Monday through Saturday, with work arrivals from the south at 6:24 a.m. and 6:24 p.m., and from the north at 6:39 a.m. and 6:39 p.m.
Northbound departures will be at 7:24 a.m. and 7:24 p.m., and southbound departures will be at 7:39 a.m. and 7:39 p.m.
