State police have arrested a teenager who allegedly punched an older woman in the face for daring to ask her to turn down her radio.
State troopers responded to the reported assault in the Schoharie County town of Richmondville on Monday around 7 p.m. After investigating the matter, they learned that 18-year-old Taylor R. Eberle-Bulger, of Summit, punched a 66-year-old woman in the face, according to a state police release issued today. The reason? Apparently the older woman asked the younger woman to turn down her car radio.
Eberle-Bulger has been charged with third-degree assault. She is set to appear in court March 26.
