Random act of kindness won’t be wasted

Recently, my daughter was involved in a car accident in Clifton Park. A good amount of damage [was done] to both cars but luckily no one was hurt. This was my daughter’s first accident and hopefully her last; she was very upset over the entire experience.

I want to thank Samantha, the Good Samaritan who stopped and stayed with my daughter until I could arrive. She quickly introduced herself and walked away while I was speaking with my daughter. When I asked my daughter who she was, she said, “just some stranger who saw that she was crying and stopped to comfort her.”

She also mentioned that if it were her son who was in an accident, she was sure her mother would do the same thing. Well, Samantha, I would like to say you are right, and we would have stopped and I’m glad you did. Your kindness reaffirmed what my wife and I have always taught our children. Help others in their time of need!

So again, thank you and we want to let you know we’ll take your random act of kindness and pay it forward.
