A South Glens Falls man was arrested today for allegedly selling heroin in the town of Moreau.
Joshua M. Grey, 26, of 30 Terry Drive, has been charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, according to a news release.
The Saratoga County and Warren County sheriff’s offices began jointly investigating Grey after receiving a tip that he was engaged in trafficking illegal drugs.
An arrest warrant was issued and, with the help of the state Division of Parole, Grey was tracked down and taken into custody in the city of Glens Falls. He had apparently been wanted on a parole violation stemming from a prior drug conviction.
Grey is being held at the Saratoga County Jail with no bail set to await an appearance before the Saratoga County Court at 9 a.m. Wednesday.
