A man repeatedly raped a young boy and provided a child to another man for rape, state police said.
They arrested David A. Andrews, 61, of Tribes Hill, on charges of rape, criminal sexual act, sexual conduct against a child and predatory sexual assault, all felonies. He was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
State police said an internet crimes investigation led them to Andrews.
He made arrangements online with an adult man who wanted a child under the age of 13 to rape, police said. They said he provided the man with a child twice.
They said Andrews also raped a child under the age of 13 on multiple occasions over the course of several months.
The investigation is continuing and more charges are pending, police said.
He was arraigned in the Town of Mohawk Court and was sent to the Montgomery County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash or $100,000 bond.
State police are looking for other victims and asked any minors who have been approached by Andrews to call 853-4708. They also asked anyone with further information about Andrews to call the state police.
