Union College fans will be meeting in homes, bars or anywhere with a television or radio tonight to follow their team as it plays in Philadelphia for its first national hockey championship.

They’ll be able to watch the game anywhere in the country that has cable. The puck drops on national television tonight at 7:30 on ESPN as Union takes on the University of Minnesota.

Radio coverage will be provided by WPTR-AM (1240) with the Union broadcast and WOFX-AM (980) with the WestwoodOne national broadcast.

Some fans will also be reacting to every shot and score on Twitter, as they have throughout the postseason.

On Friday, Union College President Stephen C. Ainlay posted “What a remarkable game last night. Both teams gave it their all. I’m very proud of our team! Now, playing for national championship. How special is that?”
