Three people face robbery charges for robbing and attacking a teenager selling marijuana at a trailer park, Saratoga County Sheriff’s officials said Thursday.
The three are accused of taking the teen’s marijuana and leaving him with multiple cuts and a possible skull fracture, officials said.
The incident happened at the Royal Rhino trailer park off Route 9N in Greenfield. The time and date of the incident aren’t specified in a news release. The release was issued Thursday evening.
The teen, of Galway, called 911 after the attack, telling authorities he’d been robbed and attacked. He was taken to Saratoga Hospital and later to Albany Medical Center for treatment.
Charged with first-degree robbery and second-degree assault were Walter B. Caprood, 23, of the L&R Trailer Park, Middle Grove; Jeremiah J. Gagne, 25, of the Royal Rhino trailer park; and Devin T. Hayes, 17, of Robbins Road, Gansevoort.
The three were arraigned and ordered held on $25,000 each.
