Julia Lennon scored her sixth goal with 38 seconds left in the second overtime to give Shaker’s unbeaten girls’ lacrosse team a 12-11 Suburban Council victory over Guilderland Wednesday at Siena College.

Shaker (6-0, 6-0) dealt Guilderland (2-3, 3-3) its third one-goal league setback, and avenged a loss to the Lady Dutch in last year’s Section II Class A final.

Lennon finished with seven points, and Shaker’s Sarah Cheney had two goals.

Kaitlyn Becker had three goals and an assist for Guilderland, and Rebecca Golderman scored three goals.

Victor held of Shenendehowa, 10-9, in a non-league game.

Jordyn Marr sparked Shenendehowa with four goals and an assist.

Kyle Marr and Pat Coll both had five-point games, and Shenendehowa (5-0, 5-2) used a dominant first half to turn back Colonie, 17-4, in a Suburban Council game.

Marr had four goals and an assist, and Coll had three goals and two assists.

Four different players had the goals for Colonie (3-2, 3-3).

Liam King scored a season-high six goals, and Shaker pulled away in the second half for a 16-4 Suburban Council win over Guilderland at Siena College.

Jake Quay had five goals and two assists to help the Blue Bison (4-2, 5-2) extend their win streak to three games. Jeff Easley had two goals and two assists for Guilderland (2-3, 3-3).

Kevin Vogelsberg totaled five goals and an assist, and Holy Trinity of Long Island (2-9) rallied in the second half to beat Christian Brother Academy, 10-9.

Jack Ladd paced the Brothers (2-4) with three goals, and Aidan Murphy had two goals and two assists.

Jen Mayette pitched a one-hitter with 10 strikeouts and drove in a run to lift Scotia-Glenville over South Glens Falls, 5-0, in a Foothills Council game.

Mayette had a double and single. Allison Stewart hit a two-run triple for the Tartans (2-0, 3-0), and Zoe Purvis added two singles.

Tyler McDonough drove in five runs with a grand slam and a single, and Brandon Begin gave up a run in five innings of work as Lansingburgh defeated Hoosic Valley, 11-1, in a non-league game.

Jarred Jarosz went 3-for-3 with four stolen bases and an RBI for the Knights (4-1). John Rooney doubles for the Indians.
