A Ballston Lake man has been charged with trespassing after police say he forced his way out of the New York State Museum in Albany in the early hours of the morning.
Thomas J. Grant, 24, was observed on camera by museum security officers leaving through a rear door, state police in Albany said. Grant was apprehended by troopers on Madison Avenue a short time later, police said.
Grant was charged with third-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor, and arraigned in city Criminal Court.
