A mistake on the ingredient label has led Price Chopper to recall the store-made subs it sold in Schenectady on Wednesday and Thursday.

The labels neglected to say that the subs had cheese on them.

Price Chopper officials stressed that there is no health risk to those who bought the subs unless they are allergic to dairy products. The company also personally notified all 26 customers who bought the subs, using their AdvantEdge loyalty card information to reach them.

The affected subs were roast beef, ham and Swiss cheese, and classic Italian.

They were sold on Wednesday and Thursday at the Schenectady store, 832 Eastern Parkway.

Customers could return the subs to their local store for a full refund.
