On May 3, troopers arrested 42-year-old Andrea Occhi of Gloversville after she allegedly almost struck a pedestrian in the Upstate Concert Hall parking lot. She was charged with DWI and a traffic offense, and released on a ticket to appear in Clifton Park Town Court at a later date.
On Sunday, troopers observed 27-year-old Julius Flack of Glens Falls driving recklessly on Route 146, police said. His license had been revoked for a prior DWI and he was charged this time with felony DWI and sent to Saratoga County Jail in lieu of bail.
On Friday, troopers say they witnessed 48-year-old Michael Mahoney of Clifton Park driving erratically on Route 146. He was charged with DWAI and issued a traffic ticket to return to Clifton Park Town Court at a later date.
