A second woman has been charged in an April break-in and assault on Manhattan Street, authorities said.
Cecilia L. Rivera-Sanchez, 24, of Livingston Ave., was charged Thursday with first-degree burglary, first-degree robbery and first-degree assault, all felonies.
Rivera-Sanchez is accused of breaking into the residence April 24 with Kymberlee F. Davis, 29, of Second Street. Once inside, they are accused of attacking the resident, inflicting knife wounds to her chest and hands that required surgery, according to papers filed in court.
They are accused of then taking a Samsung Galaxy cellphone from the victim, according to papers.
Davis was arrested earlier this month on similar charges.
