An Albany man is accused of leading police on a low-speed chase with an infant in the vehicle Friday night after a domestic dispute.
City police said officers were called about 9:05 p.m. to the 200 block of South Allen Street for a report of a man with a gun who fled with his infant child after a domestic dispute with the child’s mother. Police said they located the vehicle, driven by Gregory Parker, 55, on Bertha Street, but Parker refused to stop until returning to South Allen Street.
Parker was charged with menacing, endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangerment, unlawful fleeing, and resisting arrest. He was arraigned Saturday morning in City Court.
