Three men were arrested Monday after Gloversville police responded to a report of a burglary in progress at 4 Thompson Ave.
Police said three men were located inside the building, along with a pickup truck they were using to remove property from the building.
Arrested were George Russell, 59; Richard Jackson, 34; and Craig Teater, 41, no addresses available. Police said they were removing cabinets, exercise equipment and copper pipes and wiring from the building, which is vacant and owned by Fulton County.
The men were all charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and petty larceny.
They were arraigned in Gloversville City Court.
