This suspect is wanted in the Wednesday night robbery of a Subway in Colonie.

Colonie Police are searching for a suspect who pepper-sprayed a clerk in a Wednesday night robbery at Subway on Fuller Road.

According to police, the suspect entered the 38 Fuller Rd. sandwich shop at 9:47 p.m. and sprayed a clerk, working alone, with pepper spray.

The suspect then went to the register and took less than $100 in cash. The clerk, not injured, gave chase; the suspect was last seen fleeing on foot from the north side of the building.

The suspect is described as a light-skinned male of unknown age, 5-foot-4 and 160 pounds. He was wearing a white mask and gloves as well as a maroon rain jacket and jeans.
