A Schenectady man was sentenced Tuesday to six years in prison for selling drugs.
Sircarl “P” Jordan, 38, of McClellan Street, was sentenced by Saratoga County Court Judge Jerry J. Scarano after pleading guilty in May to three felony counts each of third-degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance. He also pleaded guilty to three misdemeanor possession counts.
In addition to the prison time, he will serve three years under post-release supervision.
He was charged by state police with making drug sales on three different occasions last August and September in Clifton Park.
Also Tuesday, Anthony J. Badali, 21, of Route 32, Stillwater, was sentenced to two years in prison and one year of post-release supervision. He pleaded guilty to attempted third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, stemming from incidents last October in the town of Saratoga.
