A city man used someone else’s account to pay his business’ insurance, authorities said.
Jerome O. Simpson, 49, of Barney Street, faces one count of third-degree grand larceny, a felony, and second-degree criminal impersonation, a misdemeanor.
Simpson is accused of using the other person’s account from July 2013 to January to pay the insurance for his business, Direct Recovery Services. In all, he is accused of taking nearly $4,200, according to papers. Simpson was charged last week.
