Tyvon M. Webb, 24, was sentenced Monday by Saratoga County Court Judge Jerry Scarano on his guilty plea in May to attempted second-degree burglary.

He was arrested by state police in January following a nine-month investigation into a break-in in Clifton Park. In addition to prison time, Webb will spend 18 months under post-release supervision.

Also Monday, Catrina Sumner, 32, whose last address was a Malta motel, was sentenced to one to three years in prison after pleading guilty to failure to report an address change within 10 days. Sumner is a registered sex offender, required to report her address changes to authorities.
