A teenager was killed Friday night during an apparent fight.
Troy police said officers found Eshane Walker, 16, of Troy, lying on the ground in "grave condition" about 11:10 p.m. in the area of 447 2nd Ave. He was taken by ambulance to St. Mary's Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Police are calling his death a homicide and continue to investigate.
CBS6 Albany, the Gazette’s newsgathering partner, reported there were about 50 teenagers in the backyard of the home for a large party when an altercation occurred. Neighbors described the scene as a riot.
