State police in Princetown said Alicia Phillips, 24, was one of four people troopers observed spray painting several parked rail cars on Pan Am Railways property.

Phillips was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, making graffiti, possession of graffiti instruments, third-degree criminal trespassing and resisting arrest. She was arraigned in Scotia Village Court and sent to Schenectady County Jail with bail set at $10,000 cash or $25,000 bond.
