A Corinth man was indicted Monday on felony burglary and assault charges in connection with an alleged break-in last October in Hadley.
Leonard J. Mosher, 26, of Main Street, was indicted by a grand jury on two counts of first-degree burglary, two counts of first-degree assault, three counts of second-degree assault, and one felony count of criminal possession of a weapon. He was also charged with misdemeanor third-degree assault, fourth-degree weapons possession and endangering the welfare of a child.
Sheriff's deputies charged that last Oct. 1 Mosher entered a residence and assaulted a man there.
Mosher will be arraigned in Saratoga County Court on Wednesday, according to the Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office.
In other indictments:
• Jared R. Gomula, 28, of Jersey Hill Road, Galway, was indicted on felony charges of first-degree criminal contempt and aggravated criminal contempt. He also faces misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree criminal mischief and criminal obstruction of breathing, and harassment charges.
He was arrested in connection with alleged conduct on September 2013 in the town of Milton.
•John Murray, 33, of Vanderbilt Terrace, Saratoga Springs, was indicted on charges of failure to register as a sex offender and offering a false instrument for filing. He was arrested by Saratoga Springs police.
