A South Glens Falls man on Thursday pleaded guilty in Saratoga County Court to selling heroin.
Joshua Grey, 26, pleaded guilty before Judge Jerry J. Scarano to third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, said District Attorney James A. Murphy, III.
He pleaded guilty to selling heroin Oct. 8, 2013, in Moreau, and is expected to be sentence to 6 1/2 years in prison when he appears before Scarano on Oct. 9, Murphy said.
Grey was previously sent to prison in 2011 for a Warren County drug sale conviction, but was released in 2013.
In another case Thursday, Jason J. Lanthier, 40, of Lakeside Avenue, Mechanicville, was sentenced to 1 to 3 years in prison for felony driving while intoxicated.
