A Halfmoon man accused of having sexual relations with an underage girl was indicted Thursday by a Saratoga County grand jury.
Justin M. LeMatty, 26, of Forest Grove, was indicted on charges of second-degree rape, second-degree criminal sexual act and endangering the welfare of a child.
LeMatty was arrested by sheriff’s deputies in October 2013, accused of having an eight-month relationship with a 14-year-old female.
In other indictments:
•Gary C. Garafalo, 24, of Malta Gardens, Malta, was indicted on a charge of third-degree grand larceny. The sheriff’s Department said he was arrested in connection with thefts in 2010, 2011 and 2012.
• Benjamin M. Kramer, 32, of state Route 9, Malta, was indicted on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender. He was arrested in February in Milton.
•Michael J. Curran, 50, of Maple Avenue, Ballston Spa, was indicted on felony charges of driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation, and a misdemeanor charge of circumventing an ignition interlock device. He was arrested in Ballston Spa last May 19.
