A city man threatened another person last month by holding a gun to the person’s head, authorities said.
James A. Parker, 24, of McClellan Street, was charged Sunday with one count each of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, and misdemeanor menacing.
Parker is accused of threatening the man in July in a parking lot at the corner of Union and Church streets. The exact date of the incident is not included in court papers.
Parker allegedly also put the gun to the man’s ribs, according to court papers.
