The derailment involves 18 to 20 cars, according to a Bethlehem police dispatcher. There were no injuries reported.

The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. at the Selkirk yard, a major rail yard owned and operated by CSX.

The dispatcher could not say whether any hazardous materials were involved or if haz-mat crews had responded.
