Vehicle in Queensbury allegedly possessed 900 baggies of heroin

State police in Queensbury on Tuesday arrested Taylor Kelly, 24, of Glens Falls and Harvey Murphy, 3

State police in Queensbury on Tuesday arrested Taylor Kelly, 24, of Glens Falls and Harvey Murphy, 31 of Albany after allegedly finding over 900 individual baggies of heroin and a plastic baggy containing approximately 12 grams of heroin in the vehicle being operated by Kelly.

The arrest was a result of a traffic stop on I-87 in Queensbury. An undetermined amount of currency was also seized from the vehicle.

Kelly and Murphy were arraigned in the Town of Queensbury Court on charges of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and sent to the Warren County jail for lack of bail.

The arrest and investigation were conducted by the State Police in conjunction with the Glens Falls Police Department.
