A city teen faces charges related to a gun with serial numbers removed, authorities said.

Sincere K. Ingram, 19, of Chrisler Avenue, was charged Wednesday with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, felonies.

Ingram is accused of possessing the .22 caliber handgun with filed off serial numbers just after 2 p.m. on Chrisler Avenue, according to papers filed in court.
