A Schoharie man has been arrested after an investigation into heroin sales in the county, according to police.
Scott T. Kossow, 30, was charged with three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, a felony, after a five-month investigation by the New York State Police, Cobleskill Police Department, and Schoharie County Sheriff’s Office.
Police said Kossow allegedly sold heroin to an undercover officer on three separate occasions during the investigation.
He was indicted by a Schoharie County grand jury and an arrest warrant was issued by a Schoharie County Court judge. He was remanded to jail pending an arraignment in Schoharie County Court at a later date.
