Kory Bergh’s nine points in overtime helped Amsterdam sink Scotia-Glenville 58-52 Tuesday, handing the Tartans their first Foothills Council loss since late in the 2011-12 season.

Scotia had won its last 52 league games and its last 79 games against Section II opponents. The last loss came against Glens Falls 53-34 in 2012.

Bergh led Amsterdam (7-3) with 25 points. The Running Rams sprinted to an 18-2 lead at the end of the first quarter.

The Tartans (7-1 Foothills Council, 11-1 overall) tied the game at 45-45 with four seconds left when Sean DeGraffenreid completed a three-point play. He finished with a team-high 16 points. Trevor Martin added 12 points, and Christian Corker and Dan Clune both hit for 10.

Joe Girard III hit for 35 points as Glens Falls beat Schuylerviller 62-51.

The Black Horses got 16 and 15 points from Will Griffen and Clay Patrick, respectively.

Vincenzo DiCaterino led Broadalbin-Perth past Johns­town with 24 points as the Patriots prevailed 59-44. Colby Hartz added 11 points in the win.

The Sir Bills were led by Devin Boyle with 15 points, while Jamal Vazquez added 11.

Matt Higgins led South Glens Falls to a 57-44 win over Gloversville, scoring 17 points. Connor Stone added 12 and Adam Whitaker 11 for the Bulldogs (3-5, 6-7).

Queensbury beat Hudson Falls 73-47 with 18 points from Brett Rodriguez and 17 from Jon Dennett. The Tigers got 19 points from Cam Jett.

Shenendehowa hit 15 of 32 three-pointers while beating Mohonasen 90-46 in the Suburban Council. Kevin Huerter scored 27 points to lead all scorers, Luke Hicks finished with 14 points, and Mike Pizziketti had 12 for the Plainsmen.

The Mighty Warriors were paced by Duncan Tallman with 17 points.

Andrew Evans scored 16 points for Niskayuna, and Tommy Kelly added 10 as the Silver Warriors beat Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake 57-49.

The Spartans got 17 points from Ben Keppler, 11 from Zach Agan and 10 from John Clayton.

Averill Park outscored Saratoga Springs 22-12 in the fourth quarter to win 72-66. Isaiah Moak led the Warriors with 29 points, while Noah Yearsley added 19.

The Blue Streaks got 27 points from Adam Anderson, while Brian Hart added 18, and Alex Skaine had 10.

Brian Hayes scored 13 points and nine other Blue Bison got in the scoring column as Shaker beat Ballston Spa 54-47. The Scotties got 15 points from Joe Micare and 10 from Josh Hipwell.

Christian Brothers Academy topped Columbia 74-67 with 25 points from Mike Wynn. Sloan Seymour added 18 points, while Ian Schultz had 11.

Justin Luther scored 31 points for the Blue Devils, and Noah Schwenzfier had 17 points.

Andrew Sischo scored 25 points as Guilderland edged Troy 63-62. Michael Wine and Justin Morin added 13 and 12 points, respectively.

The Flying Horses got 14 points apiece from Jack McLaren and Darius Holmes-Hines. Ryan Carmello scored 13, and Daniel Buie had 11.

Albany’s Kenneff Danzy scored 18 points as the Falcons beat Bethlehem 69-65. Anthony Prato scored 15 and Maurice Skeen had 14.

The Eagles were led by Ryan Murray’s 19 points, and both Michael Ortale and Matthew Riker had 14.

Zac O’Dell led a trio of double-digit scorers for Schalmont at the Sabres beat Cobleskill-Richmondville 64-55 in the Colonial Council. He had 16 points, while Matt Bird added 15 and Frank Parisi had 14.

Cobleskill’s Keenan Loder hit 12 of 13 free throws and finished with a game-high 27 points. Brennan Loder added 10.

Voorheesville took a 33-14 lead into the half, but had to hold off Ichabod Crane for a 61-58 win. Sean Nolan led the Blackbirds with 19 points, while Scott Glasheen added 18 and Trevor Riede 11.

Lansingburgh edged Wa­t­ervliet 50-49 with 20 points from Davonte Jones. Jahidi Wallace added 12 points.

Watervliet was led by Ty’Jon Gilmore with 18 points, and Joey Atkins scored 11.

Catholic Central beat Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk 52-50 with 16 points from Christian Englund. Alex Decker and Terrence Jones scored 12 and 10 points, respectively.

Ravena’s Matthew Ferriero scored a game-high 20 points, while Michael Babcock added 15.

Mitchel Wayand scored 21 points for Stillwater, hitting three-pointers on four consecutive possessions in the third quarter of a 50-45 win over Hoosic Valley in the Wasaren League.

Stillwater (8-0, 12-2) also got 10 points from Jared D’Aloia.

Remington Hickey scored 17 points to lead Hoosick Falls past Mechanicville 64-55. Guy Milliman added 14 points in the win, and Connor McCart had 12.

The Red Raiders got 18 points from Giovanni D’Ambro. Evan Dunn scored 16, and C.J. Tironi had 10.
